4. Eco Protection and Promotion

Nursery is being constructed and developed in Srivilliputhur to raise rare species of plants, distribute to local community.

Tie up with the local Higher Secondary School to impart education and demonstration to the students on eco-protection is in the pipeline.

Creation of forest with native trees as per Akira Miyawaki, Japan for green cover which will enable precipitation and infiltration eventually to improve the biosphere and augment ground water is in the pipeline. Trust will encourage the villagers and the youngsters to get involved in such forest development which would fetch them revenue while the green cover will also improve
1. Child welfare and development programs

Contributions to child welfare by way of periodical donations to UNICEF, CRY, Save the Children, Save the Life, Nanhi Pari Foundation, etecetra are done.

A child by name Vignesh has been adopted by the Trust under the World Vision India program and contributions for his education and upbringing is being continuously made.


2. Vocational training & skill development

Sourcing the secondary school completed economically poor students with single or no parents to get into 3 year on-the-job training in manufacturing companies, on completion will get Diploma certified by Technical Institution and Companies which engage them.

Identified resource persons to teach tailoring to the poor women who are deprived of adequate earning to support their children. Trust shall fund for machines to be supplied to the trainers.

3. Maintenance and upkeep of “Ghoshala” or place for cows.

Five cows/calves and a bull calf have been brought in and housed in the constructed cow shed.

The demonstration is on to the existing and the new gen farmers on the organic manure out of the indigenous cows which would be sufficient to cater for 10 acre cultivation land.
5.Eco Protection and Promotion

An initiative on “Zero Budget Natural Farming” ZBNF with optimum water, manure from indigenous cows to demonstrate to the villagers on the viability of natural farming.
